Very quiet, extremely friendly staff. Amazing art, fossils and artifacts.
This was a nice little stop on our way across Kansas. It has a mix of fossils, minerals and historic items on display. The museum shares the building and restrooms with the local public library. All were very neat and clean. It is also located in a nice little park with Dinosaur themed play equipment.
What a surprise to find a museum of this quality in Kansas. If you stop by you will also be attracted to the Monument Rock. Both very interesting.
Fossils in the museum are amazing! There is so much history of western Kansas displayed in the museum. Each section is displayed excellently including information about everything. This is a museum that adults and children should visit as often as possible. Very highly recommended
This museum features exhibits from all over the globe and is fun for children. The staff was friendly, though they seemed a bit disengaged. We did come the week of Thanksgiving though, so I'm sure they were preoccupied with thoughts of squash pies and candied yams.
